Roseborough Dental has been looking after families in this part of Mississauga since 1991. That kind of history changes how a practice works. We have treated children who now bring their own children to us, and we have followed patients through braces, first crowns, implants and everything in between. When you have been at the same corner for three decades, you learn that good dentistry is mostly about knowing people well enough to catch problems early.
Dentistry that looks at your whole health
Dr. Fares Sbaiti built this practice around a straightforward idea: your mouth is not separate from the rest of your body. Gum inflammation, grinding, missing teeth and untreated infection all have effects that reach past your teeth. We look at the full picture rather than treating one tooth in isolation.
In practice, this means we explain what we find and why it matters. If you have early gum inflammation, we will show you on the intraoral camera, a small camera that displays your teeth on a screen, rather than just telling you to floss more. If a tooth is cracked but not painful yet, we will talk through your options, including waiting and monitoring, so you can decide with real information in front of you.
About Dr. Fares Sbaiti
Dr. Sbaiti completed his dental degree at Damascus University, then spent four years in Paris as a resident at Pitié-Salpêtrière Hospital, where he treated everything from cosmetic cases to urgent emergency care. He went on to graduate as Valedictorian of his Doctor of Dental Surgery class at Dalhousie University in Halifax.
He chose dentistry because it sits where science meets art, and he became the owner of Roseborough Dental so he could tailor treatment to each patient rather than work to a template. Patients tend to describe him as easy to talk to, which matters more than it sounds. Good treatment decisions come out of honest conversations.
A team you will actually get to know
Our front office team, Nira, Miguel and Hannah, will likely know your name by your second visit. Our hygienists, Stacey, Ramsha and Preeti, handle cleanings and gum health, and our assistants, Natalia and Donia, work chairside through your treatment. We speak English, Arabic and Hindi, so more of our neighbours can ask questions in the language they are most comfortable using.
What to expect at your first visit
Your first appointment is a conversation as much as an examination. We review your medical and dental history, complete a full examination, take digital images if we need them, check your gums and oral tissues, and talk through anything that has been bothering you.
From there we explain what we found in plain language and lay out your options, including what happens if you wait. You will not be pushed into treatment on the spot. New patients can start with a complimentary consultation on any dental concern if you would rather talk before booking an exam.
Comfort options if you find dental visits difficult
Plenty of people put off the dentist because of a bad experience years ago. We offer nitrous oxide, often called laughing gas, and oral sedation for patients who need help staying relaxed. Air abrasion lets us handle some small fillings without a needle. We also guarantee on-time appointments, because sitting in a waiting room past your booking time makes anxiety worse, not better.
Technology used for a reason
We use digital x-rays, intraoral cameras and soft-tissue lasers, not for novelty but because they help us find problems sooner and show you what we are seeing. We also handle root canal therapy in house, so most patients can complete treatment with us rather than being referred elsewhere.
Insurance, CDCP and payment
There is no up-front payment on covered treatment. We direct bill your insurance company, submit claims on your behalf, and help you understand your coverage so you get full use of your annual maximum. Roseborough Dental is a participating CDCP office for patients enrolled in the Canadian Dental Care Plan, and we can review your benefits before treatment begins. Payment plan options are available, and we are happy to discuss them at your consultation.
