Yes. Roseborough Dental is a participating office for the Canadian Dental Care Plan. Coverage differs between patients and not every procedure is included, so call us with your CDCP details before your visit. We will confirm what applies to your treatment and what, if anything, you would owe before we begin.

Most patients do well with a check-up and cleaning every six months. Some need to come more often, particularly with a history of gum disease or frequent decay, and others can safely go longer. We recommend an interval based on your own oral health rather than applying one rule to everyone.

Yes. We keep time available for urgent problems and offer same-day treatment where we can for severe pain, swelling, knocked-out or broken teeth, and lost fillings or crowns. Call (905) 567-1231 as early in the day as possible. If you have swelling with difficulty breathing or swallowing, seek immediate medical attention first.

CBCT stands for cone beam computed tomography. It is a type of dental x-ray that produces a three dimensional image of your teeth, jawbone and surrounding structures, rather than the flat image a standard x-ray gives. It is used mainly for planning implants, assessing wisdom teeth and examining bone in detail. Where a scan would help your treatment, we will arrange it.

Book an examination sooner rather than later. Neighbouring teeth drift toward a gap over time, which changes your bite, and the jawbone in that area gradually shrinks without a tooth root stimulating it. Replacement options include an implant, a bridge or a denture, and we will talk through which suits your situation.
